We are very happy to announce the relaunch of our Alternative Term Loans with no early repayment charge.
We have decided to implement our ‘no early repayment charge’ to help those who want to repay their loan early without any additional charges.
Furthermore, we have recently reduced our interest rate to 6.75 over BOEBR.
Our Alternative Term Loan provides secure funding for the purchase, refinance and improvement of properties. Perfect for supporting new and growing businesses and for use in asset management situations.
The Alternative Term Loan is interest-only and can be taken out for 3 to 5 years, with a value of between £250,000 and £2,000,000. Loans are available for up to 70% of valuation. As your client’s income stabilises during the term of the loan and the asset value increases, we can consider making other additional advances too.
The Alternative Term Loan also includes special arrangements for accruing interest when property income is not yet stabilised. As a result, this Term Loan can be perfect for business start-ups.
The Term Loan is highly flexible and is particularly well suited for business start-ups and longer-term high-value projects.
We have made changes to our Term Loan product because we recognise that many people want the ability to repay their loan early.
