Our PartX Property Finance loan covers:

  • Purchases up to [70% gross] of valuation (n/e 80% of purchase price) gross, including interest accrual.
  • Additionally, 100% cost of light refurbishment (if applicable) released on completion of works.
  • Subject to the PartX Property Finance loan or Development Loan not being in default, repayment of each PartX Property Finance loan, capital and any accrued interest, from the onward sale proceeds and balance released to the borrower.
