We completed a case recently that was challenging as the broker advised at the last minute that the funds released on Day 1 were not sufficient to complete and start the development. I had to liaise with my manager and the BDM to re-issue revised terms. I also had to advise our solicitor that they had to amend the legal documents and complete them within a day.
It has to be ‘provide a well-packaged application with relevant documents. It’s fundamental to a case progressing smoothly and in a timely manner.
