In this article, we are going to focus on one case we recently completed that we are particularly proud of. The customer needed a Regulated Residential Bridging loan and approached us to provide the finance and level of service they expected.
The client required a specialised Regulated Residential loan and support. We enabled the client to redeem their mortgage and secure the best value for their property. The property in question was a detached dwelling with an accompanying 40 acres of land and equestrian facilities in Berkshire.
The client approached us for a solution to their financial situation which was being strained by the mortgage on the property. The mortgage had been moved onto the lender’s Standard Variable Rate. This meant they were unable to refinance in the term loan mortgage market. In order to prevent further financial pressure after two base rate changes, the client needed to redeem the long-term mortgage.
