ALTERNATIVE BRIDGING PROMOTES DANIEL SMITH

Daniel Smith promoted to role of Business Development Manager (BDM) at Alternative Bridging Corporation, covering the whole of the UK.

Daniel, who will work with brokers across the country, joined Alternative Bridging in May 2022 as an Internal BDM.  Daniel previously held roles at Vita Properties, RBS and The NatWest Group.  In his new role, Daniel will help brokers to structure made-to-measure specialist property finance solutions for their clients.

Alternative Bridging Corporation provides bridging loans, term loans and development finance to the property industry, business community and homeowners. It also offers an innovative Alternative Overdraft facility that enables customers to draw down funds as and when they need them.   Earlier this year it launched PartX, a pre-approved part exchange facility to expedite sales and chain breaks on new home developments.
