Culcheth Shopping Centre Commercial Bridging Loan
Alternative Bridging Corporation recently worked with Clever Commercial Finance on the completion of a £2.6m loan to fund the purchase of Culcheth shopping centre. The shopping centre had been down-valued and involved an extensive number of leases and licenses, which provided additional complexity.
For example, there were unilateral notices showing on the titles for the vendor, which had to be removed, whilst some licenses had expired and required new ones to be put in place.
However, working in collaboration with the broker and the lawyers, Alternative Bridging Corporation was able to overcome the complications and deliver a first charge loan that enabled the client to complete the purchase.
