Steve Woods served the financial services industry since June 1990. He became the youngest senior bank manager for Natwest at the age of 27 in 1999, then took redundancy from NatWest in 2003 and went to work for Nationwide building society as an area Director. Prior to that a senior branch manager.
He has managed relationships with brokers for the past 10 years in varying guises, one as a sales Director for Bridgebank Capital and also as a senior BDM for both Oblix and now Alternative Bridging.
He has extensive knowledge within the short term property finance industry and is also competent in managing people, recruitment, structuring complex cases, motivating staff and developing new relationships.
We asked him a few questions:
What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I like listening to a mix of music. I also like watching the football – my favourite team of course would be Everton.
Where do you like to eat?
Thai and Indian food has got to be my favourite.
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
Working on the foundations that I have created with ABC.
