Connie joined the company in 2000 and since then has been the first point of contact with our clients, borrowers and brokers. Connie’s previous work environment and experience at the NHS has helped her to achieve customer service skills and her quiet, confident but caring tone is her greatest asset. Although being our “Hello Girl” is her first priority, equally important is maintaining our central records, ensuring we can trace our contacts and respond to them without delay.
